“Hello”
No voice from the other side. He knew it was not a connection problem. It was her. She wasn’t speaking but it was her.
His heart started beating fast. He waited to hear that voice which he missed for a long time now.
The phone disconnected.

Had not talked to her after she left him and had changed her number. Just to make sure it was her, he went to a public payphone to call the number who just dialled him.

“Tring Tring”
The payphone next to him rang
